This is an AIH Wintry Limited Edition, developed to be paired with the limited release of Wyeast 1217-PC West Coast IPA. A hefty addition of crystal malts and an aggressive lat addition hop schedule, give this IPA plenty of character.

Thorough attenuation, temperature tolerance, and good flocculation make this an easy strain to work with. Flavor is balanced neutral with mild ester formation at warmer temperatures, allowing hops, character malts, and flavorings to show through.
